Job Description



? Responsible for achieving Daily Planned Production & Packing of Products as per Market Demand.

? Responsible for Planning RM/PM, Inventory, and Head Count as per Plan received from PPC Team.

? Responsible to ensure proper utilization of Man, Machine & Material to control on KPI's for the Production & Packing like Labor, Power & Fuel (LPF)/Kg, Raw material and packing material losses, Productivity, Other overhead costs & etc.

? Responsible to ensure proper documentation/MIS related to production & packing like daily Production (Planned V/s Produced), RMPM consumption report, Man-head used to Produce & Etc on real time basis.

- Updating Data in SAP, yield reports, Log Sheet, tracking & reconciliation material utilization & Etc.

? Manage materials in such a way (Maintain minimum inventory- RMPM based on lead-time) that there is minimum waste and establish good control measures to reduce the same for continuous improvement and also ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions.

? Responsible for execution & Implementation of the various new projects in the factory related to commissioning of the new SKU's, new product lines and energy saving, quality improvement and cost saving projects.

? Responsible for planning and safely carrying out day to day production activities, continuous improvement in process and set operating goals, increase processing efficiency from entire sections.

? To develop & implement SOP for various activities like 5s, Hygiene (Cleaning & Sanitation) & GMP, Pest Control and process manufacturing practices.

? Preparation and implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule, planned maintenance, Autonomous maintenance for manufacturing machines in coordination with Maintenance Manager.

? Responsible to handle & respond on complain related to product & carrying out root cause analysis of quality issues & implementing corrective actions.

? Ensure safe work practices to attain zero incidents with employee awareness and involvement through various training program.

To identify training needs for each section employees & coordinate with his immediate manager for training required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
