And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet\'s beauty for the generations to come.We are looking for:A Production Executive, To organize, implement, coordinate and monitor the production program in accordance with QHSE rules, and take appropriate action whenever necessary, to maintain knowledge of the assigned production unit and to train and manage the performance of the team.We count on you for:

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulation, quality standards and company policies.
• Manage the production process
• Contribute to the Manufacturing Excellence and Innovation programs
• Manage internal and external interaction and collaboration
• Implement and follow up the entity\'s budget, objectives, policies and procedures
• Manage the own staff - Direct, control and coordinate the operations of his/her team, Inform colleagues about and/or train them in new methods, procedures and techniques. Evaluate operator\'s performance and provide feedback on a regular individual basis

• The incumbent will have the opportunity to develop their skill set in a global company and project work, working with a dedicated professional team of personnel.
• There is much opportunity to work on simplification and improvement of site systems and data management.
• In the longer term, you will be well-placed to take on a more senior staff or Management position.

• Bachelor\'s degree
• 3 years or more experience in manufacturing site
• Good communication skill
