Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our team , a leading food manufacturing unit. The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring product quality, maintaining efficient operations, and coordinating activities to meet production targets. This role requires a strong understanding of food manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the food manufacturing process. Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production targets and schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor and ensure the adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all stages of production. Assist in maintaining production equipment and machinery, ensuring they are functioning correctly and scheduling routine maintenance as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or technical issues that arise during production. Maintain accurate records of production data, including raw material usage, production yields, and other necessary reports. Work closely with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure that proper inventory control measures are followed to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations. Train, guide, and supervise production staff to ensure high standards of efficiency and safety. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, R&D, and maintenance) to streamline production processes and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes, techniques, or technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all aspects of production, including proper handling of equipment and materials. Assist in reporting and implementing corrective actions for any deviations in production quality or process.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (2+ years) in a production or manufacturing role in the food industry. Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, food safety regulations, and quality control standards. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of production planning and inventory management systems. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
