• Personalised gifts making and Helping other works
• Develop and implement production schedules for personalized products considering factors such as order volume, material availability, and production capacity.
• Allocate resources effectively including materials, equipment and manpower, to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure that personalized products meet specified standards and customer expectations.
• Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Develop and manage budgets for production operations, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production facility, implementing measures to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
• Willingly undertake any additional assignments delegated by manager, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
