Opportunity with NPL Bluesky Automotive Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for Adblue business as a Production Executive who will be based in our plant at Kharagpur. ABOUT COMPANY : NPL BlueSky Automotive is a Technical Joint Venture formed between Nandan Petrochem Ltd. (NPL) and Kruse Group of Germany to manufacture and market AdBlue\xc2\xae in India. The objective of setting up this company is to supply AdBlue\xc2\xae to OEMs for their first fill requirement as well as to service their vehicles using the SCR Technology on the road. The KRUSE-Group is the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) expert for system solutions all around the trademark product AdBlue\xc2\xae. Since 2005 the European producers of commercial vehicles, and also recently the automobile industry worldwide have been trusting AdBlue\xc2\xae as the SCR exhaust gas after treatment in the reduction of NOx emissions. It is one of the largest suppliers of AdBlue\xc2\xae in Europe. • Responsible for supervising the production activities in rotating Shift.
• Knowledge of batch operations and finish goods packaging activity.
• Responsible for manpower planning.
• Implementation of 5s Activities
• Strictly following SOP.
• Preparing production reports and documentation.
• Handling and maintaining ISO/IATF documents.
• Good concern about cost and utilities saving.
• Can work under challenging situation.
• Knowledge about preventive/ corrective maintenance.
• Candidate should work independently to complete target production.
• Basic instruments knowledge.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Should be a B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing.
• Must aware about production process and should have good knowledge of machines.
• Should be willing to work in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 300,000.00 per year Benefits:
