We are a Beverage manufacturing facility based in Bhopal. We are looking for a candidate who will bear overall responsibility of planning, and directing the production of beverages on various individual production lines/areas to produce products safely and consistently within quality specifications. : This position will supervise & coordinate activities of production supervisors to meet production needs and ensure efficient operation of their assigned area of responsibility. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for production, planning, process control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules. To review standard operating procedures, batch documents, master documents of production and compliance to documents. Assuring the department in compliance with GMP/regulatory requirement. Co-ordination with QA for self-inspection and compliance to the audit observations. Responsible for yield and productivity improvement. Proper utilization of man and machine and to ensure compliance for documents as per CGMP requirement. To review and approve ISO, MIS reports and other related documents of production department as per requirement. To ensure scheduled validation of the equipment, calibration of devices and maintenance of equipment. Responsible for implementation of systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization. To coordinate with QA/Engineering department for installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment. - Responsible for developing and maintaining positive supervisor\'s relations; training and developing skills and teamwork of supervisors; ensuring department operates within compliance of HACCP and ensuring all compliance with facility safety rules and company policies. Required Skiils :

• Bachelor\'s degree or Food Technologist with an Experience of at least 1 year.
• Experience in a beverage processing facility will be given preferences.
• Must be computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Supervisory experience in a team-based environment.
• Familiar with HACCP, SSOP, GMPs. Must have the ability to write reports & business correspondence.
• Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
