JOB TITLE : Production Executive CL & IMFL

LOCATION : Baran , Rajasthan

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production processes within a manufacturing or production environment. This role involves ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The Production Executive manages resources, monitors the production workflow, and addresses any operational issues that may arise. They work closely with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and inventory management, to ensure smooth and continuous production.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
• Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring proper training, motivation, and efficient workflow. Ensure clear communication across departments such as operations, quality control, and supply chain.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Ensure that production outputs meet the company's quality standards. Work closely with the quality control team to resolve any defects or quality issues that arise during production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
