:We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Branding Production Executive to join our advertising firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on branding materials and promotional items.
As a Branding Production Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and branding objectives.
Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and production partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality branding materials and promotional items.
Develop production schedules, budgets, and timelines for each project, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to execute production plans effectively.
Review and approve production proofs, samples, and prototypes to ensure they meet branding Guidelines /standards and client expectations.Qualifications:
Any bachelor\'s degree Holder i.e. BBA B.Com, BA Arts.
Proven experience 3 Years in production management, preferably in the advertising or branding industry.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 2in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint must)
Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques.
Flex printing and Brochure printing is desirable
