Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling production activities to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Monitoring and improving production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshooting technical problems with injection moulding machines and making necessary repairs.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Training and mentoring production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Documenting production processes and maintaining accurate records of production activities.
• Analyzing production data and generating reports on productivity, quality, and cost.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Btech/B.E in Mechanical/CIPET or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection moulding machine operations and production management.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with relevant manufacturing standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Ability to train and mentor production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent Pay: 925,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
