Please feel free to peruse our website .The position / About the Job:In this job the Production Engineer would be responsible for:

• CNC machines programming for DMG, NT,
• Hicell, Okuma etc with siemens & fanuc control.
• Improvement of cutting Tools and methods for productivity
• Engineering support to CU shop for method establishment.
• Designing of Tool/jigs/fixture for process improvement
• Overall project coordination of Machining optimization in HSS
• Control & maintain computerised Tool Register with latest updates
• Selection of cutting tools, Cost estimation & follow up.
• Prove outs of New Tools in HSS & Decanter Shop as per ISO1400:2015 and ISO45001:2018work instruction.
• Support day-to-day tooling requirements of CU, SU for HSS
• Preparation & modification of tool drawings in Auto CAD
• To attend cell status board meeting.

Education Qualification:

• BE Mechanical / DME
• 5 to 7 + years of experience, preferably in CNC machine programming.

Who you are?As a Production Engineer based in Pune to responsible for Engineering support to CU Shop in terms of method engineering. and cutting Tools selection & CNC programming & New inhouse component proving for NPD / EPD project and to run continuous improvement projects for optimizing the performance of CNC machines.What you can be?

• Good at 3D modelling, 3D assembly (Creo 7.0.2.0)
• Tool path generation in edge cam software (Edge cam 2022 R1)
• Sufficient knowledge to read Geometrical tolerances given on drawings
• Fluent communication in English & local language
• Tool design of all types of Jigs & fixtures and soft jaws.
• Good hands of experience in auto cad for making 2D drawings (Auto cad 2022)
