We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Mechanical/Production engineers, who can take ownership of Engineering related Production activities for the organization, can convert ideas into reality and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. This job requires Full time working from office and we are looking for Immediate joiners with B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production. ** THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB IN OFFICE. new products in development \xe2\x80\xa2 Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs \xe2\x80\xa2 Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions \xe2\x80\xa2 Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee installation of machinery and equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain statistical and financial records \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and organise maintenance, respond to breakdowns, report down time and possible trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Poka Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce written reports and make presentations VISHWASYA high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools \xe2\x80\xa2 CAM programming on multi-axis mill-turn machines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and implement work holding for manufacturing processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-house Tool Manufacturing/grinding VISHWASYA TECHNOLOGIESS PRIVATE LIMITED \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Use of CAD to create part models and geometry as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create documentation for assembly drawings, Bill of Materials etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a standard library of commonly used CAD parts that can be built into a digital toolbox. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge in computer systems, analysis, programming, and engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Be flexible to design fixtures, small machines and 3D product modelling as per organization\xe2\x80\x99s requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs \xe2\x80\xa2 Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement cost reduction initiatives
