Senior Production Engineer This is a leadership position that plays a vital role in overseeing and leading the production team within the organization. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, the ability to drive innovation and excellence in engineering and production practices, and to effectively manage time and resources. The Senior Production Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality production solutions and ensuring the successful execution of targets. The Incumbent will be able to deliver engineering initiatives related to Quality, Controls and Manufacturing while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment and achieving organizational goals.
- A minimum experience of 4 years is required in production related jobs.
- Self motivated and driven personality is a must.
- Candidate must be result oriented.
- CAD skills are a must. Knowledge of Solidworks or Fusion360 are important.
