Opening for Production Engineer for Ambernath locationDuties/Responsibilities:
xefx81xac Plan, manage and oversee production
xefx81xac Pre-planning of job in process of shop floor and
assign them to respective supervisor/worker.
xefx81xac Testing of in process job and forward them for next
procedure.
xefx81xac Arrange and assign material require for the job with
the coordinate work with job admin.
xefx81xac All Job monitoring, reviews & follow up then
Reporting to production Manager.
xefx81xac Maintain and organized coil shop and winding shop.
xefx81xac Solving problem associate with pick list and shortage
of material
xefx81xac Job related job card and other respective material
required.
xefx81xac Responsible to daily work log book review.
xefx81xac Responsible to update daily Production Sheet
xefx81xac Responsible to achieve monthly production plan.
xefx81xac Ensure the production line is adequately staffed and
Increase speed and efficiency of processes
xefx81xac Ensure all steps of production run efficiently
xefx81xac Educate employees on proper methods to operate
machinerySkills to have
xefx81xac Should have proven experience as production
engineer
xefx81xac Should have good knowledge of winding and able to
understand winding connection diagram and data.
xefx81xac Should have team handling skills
xefx81xac Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
