• Supervise Various Polishing and Grinding operation as per guideline of Industrial engineering to machine different components of steam turbine.
• Work measurement & estimation of time for new / modified operation xe2x80x93 productivity/Measurement of machine operation.
• Supervise/Troubleshoot of finishing operation and to provide different quality gates to meet the desired quality within stipulated time frame.
• Implement manufacturing system Lean and JIT in order to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste and increase throughput.
• Support the implementation of quality management system in the department in order to achieve quality objectives.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Turbine Blade Polishing and Grinding and around 15 years industrial experience.
• Skills Required : NDT Level 2 in LPT and MPI
• Past experience in Quality is an added advantage.
