Production Engineer
Job Description
? Assign tasks based on skills and priorities, ensuring necessary resources are provided.
? Provide Daily Planning: Conduct briefings to communicate daily objectives, instructions, and offer support.
? Attend Hardial Meeting: Discuss project status and issues with the production in charge, strategizing solutions.
? Meet with Fitters: Explain job requirements, provide details, and address questions to ensure task understanding.
? Plan Night Production: Develop and communicate detailed plans and task allocations for the night shift.
? Submit IRN Report: Prepare, review, and submit the IRN report to the production in charge, highlighting key points.
? Generate DPR Report: Collect data, compile the Daily Production Report, review for accuracy, and distribute to stakeholders.
Conduct a project-wise study of drawings and prepare a fabrication sequence to ensure smooth production. Review all fabrication activities in both shops.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
