- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to meet production targets and address any issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports and documentation as required.
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in day and night shifts.
