• Plan and coordinate production processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Optimize production efficiency and resource utilization by analyzing production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production metrics such as cycle time, yield, scrap rate, and downtime, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.

Requirements :-

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing methods, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software (e.g., ERP systems).
