Job Title: Production Engineer - Electronics

Location: Bangalore, India

Ability to commute/relocate: The job role requires working in the factory at the Bommasandra industrial area, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for our machines, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Gain practical exposure and proficiency in wiring, circuit design, implementation, and troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Collaborate closely with our technical and R&D teams in the UK to contribute ideas and insights towards product development and enhancement.
• Support in troubleshooting and addressing electrical issues that may arise during production or testing phases, learning valuable problem-solving skills.
• Explore and learn about new technologies and industry best practices to contribute fresh perspectives aimed at enhancing efficiency and product quality.
• Engage with various departments to understand how engineering processes integrate across different facets of the company.
• Learn about and contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute.
• Basic technical skills or coursework related to wiring and circuit design is a plus.
• Previous exposure to assembling machines, conducting quality checks, or collaborating with technical teams is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and an eagerness to engage with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and departments.
• Based in Bangalore or nearby, with the ability to commute to our new manufacturing plant.

• Monthly salary: ?25,000 - ?28,000
