This may involve identifying bottlenecks, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and streamlining workflows to increase productivity and throughput. Ensuring the quality of electrical panels is a crucial responsibility of production engineers. They develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production, and address any non-conformists or defects to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
