Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Production Job Role: Overseeing the manufacturing processes involved in the production of power electronic devices, such as inverters, rectifiers, and power supplies. The production engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that the manufacturing processes are efficient, reliable, and cost-effective, while also maintaining high-quality standards. : Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes Responsible for designing and optimizing the manufacturing processes involved in the production of power electronic devices. This includes selecting the appropriate equipment, developing assembly procedures, and testing and validating the manufacturing process. Quality Ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet the required quality standards. They may develop quality control plans, perform statistical process control, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues. Cost optimization Managing the production costs associated with the manufacturing processes. They may work to optimize production efficiency, reduce material waste, and identify cost-saving opportunities Process improvement Identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing processes and developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase product quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams Work closely with other departments, such as research and development, marketing, and supply chain management, to ensure that the manufacturing processes are aligned with the company\'s overall objectives.
