Lee Spring India is seeking for the candidates who will work in Bangalore manufacturing unit in Production team and responsible for the manufacturing of springs in the required quantity and quality. Perform all job functions safely at a minimum cost. Recommends, implements, and coordinates activities for the manufacturing plant to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. Location: Bangalore(Bommasandra) Position: Production Controller/ Production Engineer Experience: 3+ years Qualification: BE-Mechanical Reporting: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Production CTC: 4.5 LPA Roles and responsibilities: Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers\' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint. Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. Obtaining any materials and equipment required. Education & other required qualification/experience/skills for the job : Degree in engineering Relevant license may be required. Experience with reading the part/component drawings, and specification sheets Proficiency in MS Office. Proven experience in the engineering field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English language Ability to make decisions under pressure. Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
