### Your role and responsibilities


Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities to execute projects on nonvalue added activities reduction and increase productivity by using statistical tools like MOST,VSM-VSD etc Releasing scope of supply for new machine in co-ordination with CFT team, reviews and monitoring the machine construction delivery time, cost and performances target Co-ordinating with all team members to ensure projects or task completion for switchgear products like MCB, RCCB, Switch Dis-connectors and wiring accessories Designing, developing and validating of Jigs, fixtures and Gauges for existing and new process Achieving product target cost and awareness of better material utilization Processing audit, modifying and evaluating the existing process design for improvement

### Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in switchgear and electrical industry
• Experience in manufacturing of Low voltage switchgear
• Hands-on experience of working with CAD 2D/3D packages (Creo. Auto-cad), SAP, Windchill
• Understanding of relevant IEC standards
• Ability to demonstrate success in driving projects to meet targets and deadlines
