Production Designer
Job Description
A production incharge for garments, also known as a production manager, is responsible for the entire production process of garments, from raw materials to finished goods. Their duties include:
• Production planning : Creating a production schedule, and ensuring that orders are completed on time and to budget
• Quality assurance : Ensuring that garments meet quality standards and company specifications
• Cost control : Monitoring spending and identifying areas for improvement
• Team coordination : Leading and collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient teamwork
• Equipment maintenance : Ensuring that machinery and equipment are properly maintained
• Health and safety : Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Communication : Liaising with different departments, such as suppliers and managers
• Quality assessment : Running quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
