If youre always looking for whats next in technology, Gartner is looking for you.About this role:A Production Coordinator will work with the R&A Studio team and will be responsible for providing operational support throughout the content lifecycle of the document, presentations, and other assigned projects. The job requires an individual with lateral problem-solving skills, good communication skills, multi-tasking, ability to effectively comprehend requirements and deliver with-in set timeline.What youll do:

  • Provide daily project coordination, administrative support, and production reporting.
  • Act as main administrator and manage multiple mailboxes.
  • Process and format all documents to the prescribed standards.
  • Work closely with the project manager/senior associates/team leads to ensure they have all the information and materials they require to ensure all production deadlines are met.
  • Provide detailed production reporting as required project manager/senior associates/ leadership team.
  • Serve as liaison for Support team & IT for system troubleshooting & updates providing transparency on process and workflow challenges.
  • Provide special project support as needed (Including but not limited to): template creation, library & asset up-keep, training administration.
  • Escalate project and assignment risks as workflow demands change.
  • Manage different mailboxes/projects and action/respond to requests within TAT.
  • Apply and follow best practices for all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and support change management initiatives.
  • Partner with Project Manager/Senior Associate/Team Lead to always identify efficiencies, solve queries, tracking document status and ensuring timely delivery.
What youll need:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of administration experience or equivalent experience in a desktop publishing environment.
  • Well-versed with the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong collaboration, communication skills (Verbal + Written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Client-service focus with expert mindset balance.
  • Total ownership mindset (TOM).
  • Ability to provide input to ensure administrative processes and standards are consistent and effective.
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep tasks structured and organized.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Ability to recognize and troubleshoot errors.
  • Desire to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
