Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

• Prior experience of working in a textile / garment / apparel / export house is mandatory.
• Must have an experience to handle the overall operations for textile and / or garment plant in a manufacturing unit preferably export house.
• Proactive production planning to ensure smooth allocation and flow of work and coordination within departments.
• Proactive resource planning (material, man, and machine) to ensure SLAs are adhered to without delay and quality issues.
• Optimum utilization of available of resources to ensure cost optimization and saving.
• Establish and implement quality assurance and control processes and standards as per the industry best practices.
• Provide insights to management on basis of analysis of the production reports, records and data.
• Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points; monitoring personnel and resources; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Complete ownership of Production to ensure delivery of quality output within define timeline by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.

Required Candidate profile :

• Experience required is between 4 to 6 years.
• Must be from Garment manufacturing industry or Export house.
• Experience of working and reporting on MS Word and PPT is desirable.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and norms.
• Strong analytical, planning and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skill.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
