Job Title : Production Coordinator Job Location : Mumbai Bhiwandi Job Type : FullTime Job Summary We are seeking Production Coordinator who can Contribute RC India s business by building copacking plan with stable and effectiveness throughput.Help the team in making a right decision with keeping a sharp eye on stock situation or arriving status of raw materials. Ensure smooth introduction or termination of products Job Responsibilities Provide efficient weekly production plan. Establish a solid relationship with production teams. Maximize production capacity of each production teams. Utilize stock of raw materials effectively, mainly kibbles and empty bags. Understand feature of raw materials or recipes, like shape or density of kibbles, allergenic recipes and so on. Understand our products including new launch and termination. Get to know any requirements, for instance campaign or promotion, from internalexternal customers. Attend morning briefing and FMOS meeting daily to get inputs and share outputs fromwith shift leaders. Catch stock situation of A amp; C warehouses from data and lookingaround, cowork with Supply Planning if there s any problem. Become an expert on several tools, Navision, RCLMS and LSKPI and other softwares. Data gathering for KPI update. Contractor Operator Time sheet and billing check. Loss input related to Production record. RCLMSKPIOn ling printing plate update and check at product renewal Record of NonConformity in WMSNavision based on the report from Operation and information sharing RCLMSKPI Update for Product Renewal FMOS meeting set up to check the progress Weekly HSEQFS Go amp; See Stickering to the package and its record Please send your latest resume to supportsmashrglobal.com Update Operation KPI board once a period Record nonconformity by DamageQuality Issue found at ProductMaterial Receive Qualifications And Skills Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Basic computer skills Working experience of production planning more than 2 years Working experience at multinational companies as inventory controller is Preferred PhysicalMental Requirements Selfmotivated Good communication amp; negotiation skills Cost conscious Salary amp; Perks: Salary no bar for the right candidate.
