• Coordinating with various departments, managing production schedules, conducting quality checks, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Production Management
• Oversee the curtain production process from order placement to delivery.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to production.
• Quality Check and Assurance
• Perform detailed quality checks at every stage of production to ensure products meet standards.
• Address and resolve any defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues promptly.
• Provide feedback to the production team to maintain continuous improvement in quality.
• Team Coordination
• Collaborate with the design, tailoring, and sales teams and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Assign tasks to production staff and monitor progress.
• Resolve production-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production coordination or a similar role, preferably in the home decor or textile industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
• Knowledge of curtain materials, designs, and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
