Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Chemist with a background in the resin industry to join our team. The Production Chemist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chemical processes involved in the production of stone products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, experience in a resin manufacturing environment, and a keen eye for quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the chemical processes involved in the production of stone products
• Develop and optimize chemical formulations and processes to ensure product quality and efficiency
• Conduct regular quality control tests on raw materials and finished products
• Identify and address any deviations from quality standards
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and performance
• Participate in research and development projects to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Conduct experiments and trials to test new formulations and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chemical technology, particularly in the resin industry
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines related to chemical handling and production processes
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage and safety procedures
• Conduct safety training for production staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Work closely with production managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate production activities
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source high-quality raw materials and chemicals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the resin manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes and quality control principles
• Experience with stone production or related industries is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,578.09 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
