DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements, ensuring safety in a manufacturing environment under direct guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
• Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
• Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
• Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
• Recognize the environmental impact of work and minimize negative effects.
• Participate in HSE training programs.
Quality:
• Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
• Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
• Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.
Delivery:
• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer expectations.
• Achieve production goals and adhere to cycle times or defined engineering standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning.
• Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain equipment and identify necessary repairs.
• Remain flexible and perform other duties as required to meet production goals.
Teamwork:
• Communicate effectively with the assigned team and support teams.
• Complete training and personal development aligned with business needs.
• Actively participate in initiatives to improve quality, safety, process efficiency, material flow, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

• Certification in welding processes is an added advantage.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Knowledge:
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts:
• Shift A: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Shift B: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Shift C: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Familiarity with the following concepts is advantageous:
