We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Production Manager, the job role for the said position is presented below:

• The applicant will be responsible for the planning and execution of production processes.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to understand design requirements.
• Coordinate with the Design and Sampling teams, providing input on manufacturing constraints.
• Work with the Planning, Merchandising, and Functional Heads to finalize production quantities.
• Coordinate with the Sourcing team to ensure the availability and quality of raw materials.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines as per the planning schedule.
• Quality Control & Process Improvement.
• Cost Management.
• People Management & Development.

Skills requirement:

• Must have experience in the above-mentioned job responsibilities.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production field.
• Industry preference from Power Electronics e.g. UPS, Battery, Charger etc.
• Smart and pro-active, must be a fast learner.
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
