: Production Assistant ( Permanent Role )

Qualification Required: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma
Gender: Male Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support:
• Assist in the production process of lightweight components.
• Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment as per the instructions.
• Material Handling:
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Quality Assurance:
• Perform routine checks to maintain the quality of products.
• Report any defects or issues in the production process to the supervisor.
• Maintenance Assistance:
• Help in the routine maintenance and cleaning of production machinery.
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
• Process Improvement:
• Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Report any hazards or accidents immediately to the safety officer or supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• Minimum 10th Pass.
• Preference for candidates with ITI or Diploma in a relevant trade.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to operate and maintain simple machinery.
• Physical Requirements:
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
• Comfortable working in a factory environment.
• Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in manufacturing are welcome.
• Work Environment:
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
• Comfortable working under supervision and in a team.
