A major player in the smart and connected battery sector. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance battery solutions for various markets such as electromobility, stationary energy, and industrial applications.


##### Mission


We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a talented and passionate Production Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.


In this role, you will:


• arrange meetings with operators & supervisor & share information with the team (performance, company communication)
• be responsible to complete 100% production as per plan vs actual
• be responsible to complete 100% dispatch as per plan vs actual
• manage KPI report preparation on monthly basis
• be responsible for rejection analysis in shop floor
• monitor all consumable as per budget
• monitor OEE on daily basis
• maintain 5S
• target zero accident
• folluw-up customer claim resolution
• escalate outstanding issues (if any)
• make the link between the team and the other departments and support functions
• communicate with our production site in China for the smooth functioning and escalate to management in case of any shortage of material.

• Diploma / B.E (electrical / electronics )

##### Experience


• 8 to 10 yrs.

##### CTC


• 8 lacs to 12 lacs
