Job Title: Production Manager Experience: Minimum 5+ Years Industry: Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing : We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving operational efficiency. As a Production Manager. you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: 1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules to meet Customer demand while optimzing resource utilz ation and minimzing lead times. 2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors., technicians and operators to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards. and foster a culture of continuo \xc3\xbcs improvement. 3. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. 4. Process Imnprovenent: ldentify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements and implement measures to drive operational excellence. 5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs. 6. Equipnent Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimalperformance and reliability. 7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for al production staff 8.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as engineering. procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and Support business objectives Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering. Manufacturing, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management preferably in Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing. 3. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes, equipment. and technologies. 4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action. 6. Solid understanding of quality management systems, lean manufacturing principles, and regulatory requirements. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
