Job Title : Production Incharge - Automobile Industry Location : Sanand , Ahmedabad Experience : 5-7 years in the Automobile Industry Job Summary : As a Production Incharge in the Automobile Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality automotive components or vehicles. You will lead a team of production personnel, coordinate with various departments, and implement strategies to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities :Production Planning and Scheduling : - Develop production schedules, considering factors such as resource availability, production capacity, and customer demand. - Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements. Team Leadership : - Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and technicians. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet performance targets and adhere to company policies. Quality Control : - Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry and company standards. - Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations from quality standards. Process Improvement : - Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the production process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and cost-saving measures. Safety and Compliance : - Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. - Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
