Production manager + Inventory manager experienced - 1-2 yrs experience

As a Production Manager at Unallume, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our fashion products. You will collaborate closely with various teams including design, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics to streamline operations and drive excellence across all production activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet inventory targets and customer demand. Coordinate production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to timelines.

2. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

3. Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product standards and minimize defects. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary to address quality issues.

4. Cost Management: Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or timelines. Analyze production expenses and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.

5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and inventory turnover, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce carrying costs.

6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor production staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and accountability. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence within the production team.

7. Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards related to production processes, safety, and environmental sustainability. Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of production activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production management role within the fashion industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of production processes, garment construction, and textile manufacturing.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for production planning, inventory management, and quality control.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
