Job Title: Production and Assembly Supervisor

Overview:

As a Production and Assembly Supervisor at ROTECH Fluid Handling Equipment pvt Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and assembly processes of Pumps to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products. You will lead a team of production and assembly workers, coordinate workflow, and implement strategies to optimize productivity while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and assembly personnel to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.

2. Train, mentor, and motivate production and assembly team members to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.

3. Monitor production and assembly processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

4. Ensure that all production and assembly activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to address production issues, implement changes, and meet customer requirements.

6. Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to support decision-making and planning.

7. Implement safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for production and assembly personnel.

8. Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss production goals, performance metrics, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.

9. Identify training needs and opportunities for skills development within the production and assembly team.

10. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the production and assembly department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- Knowledge and experience in CNC, VMC,VTL, HMC programming and setting is preferable.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.

- Strong knowledge of production and assembly processes, equipment, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

- Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
