Job Description
1. Communication
UI/UX designers need to be able to communicate well, gather input from others, and listen effectively.
2. Design
They should be proficient in design software like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. They should also have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.
3.Research
They should be able to conduct user research and analyze user feedback.
4.Problem-solving
They should be able to find ways to improve user flows, redesign features, and troubleshoot issues.
5.Time management
They should be able to set action plans and hit objectives to keep the design process on track.
6.Usability testing
They should be an expert in usability testing, which involves collecting details about a website's usability.
7.Wireframing and prototyping
They should be able to use tools and techniques to create wireframes and prototypes.
8.Graphic design
They should be able to create unique graphic designs, such as menus, tab widgets, and more.
9.User experience
They should be able to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
Experience on UI/UX designing of any product will be an added advantage.
