Title: Product Trainer( Immediate)

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Language: English and local language (Required)

Education Qualification: - Post graduate/Graduate from any background

Computer Knowledge: - Good knowledge on computers, word, excel, internet and email.

Travelling: - Need to travel as and when required.

Job Overview:

Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like painters, contractors, architects, shop boys, dealers, employees etc. Key task of this role is to train different business stakeholders about paints, application process, mechanized tools, waterproofing etc.

The job requires travel for upup to 15 daysn a month.

Functional Responsibilities: -

• Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan
• The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants
• Attending complaints at customer site
• Prepare product panels; Mobilise trainees; Handle new assignments as needed.

• 2-4 years working experience
• Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team,training/meeting
• Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English
• Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and building material industry is an added advantage
• Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building
• materials: -Asian Paints/ Kansai Nerolac/ Indigo/ Akzo/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/Pipes/ Hardware
