JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PRODUCT TRAINER - EAST

Looking for candidates from Lighting Industry only. Must have knowledge on Professional Lighting, Outdoor Lighting, Indoor Lighting, Architectural Lighting, Facade Lighting etc.

Age limit- 42 years

End to end training management for employees, distributors and dealers on Lighting products and processes

Design, develop, execute and monitor following for different levels/profiles of professionals (employees and dealers):

- Product training programs

- Refresher courses of products

- Advanced/next level courses of product

- Training need identification system

- Training calendar

- Post training effectiveness evaluation systems

- Product and sales knowledge assessment

Field visits along with sales employees to upgrade hands on knowledge of sales team and extend support to them in securing approvals

Do competition benchmarking through product managers

Design and develop content rich training material for product trainings

Design and administer pre and post training assessment tests for different levels of professionals (employees and dealers)

• Organize, facilitate forums of interaction, learning and action for the relevant stake holders.
• Maintain MIS & trackers
• Develop innovative methods of training and create benchmarks with the objective of building the required capabilities of our Human Resources
• Act as an HR point of contact for the employees of respective Zone to support them related to their challenges

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
