Job Description

Position Overview: As a Trainer for a manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's goals, industry standards, and employee development needs. Your role will contribute to improving productivity, safety, quality, and overall employee satisfaction within the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Design: ? Collaborate with department heads, subject matter experts, and HR to identify training needs and objectives. ? Develop training materials, curriculum, and resources tailored to different employee roles and levels. ? Create engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating multimedia, hands-on activities, and real-world examples. Training Delivery: ? Conduct training sessions for employees, utilizing a variety of methods including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, and e-learning platforms. ? Present complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner. ? Adapt training approaches based on employee learning styles and feedback. Skills Enhancement: ? Identify skills gaps and areas for improvement among existing employees. ? Develop and deliver training modules aimed at enhancing technical, operational, and soft skills. ? Conduct refresher training to ensure employees stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and processes. Safety and Compliance Training: ? Develop and deliver safety training programs that align with industry regulations and company policies. ? Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure employees understand and follow safety protocols. Performance Evaluation: ? Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback from participants. ? Analyze training results and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve training content and delivery. Continuous Improvement: ? Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in manufacturing and training. ? Identify opportunities to innovate training methods and materials for increased effectiveness. Documentation and Reporting: ? Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and progress reports for each employee. ? Generate reports that demonstrate the impact of training on employee performance and overall company goals. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Training and Development, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Education) or equivalent work experience. ? Previous experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. ? Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ? Ability to engage and connect with employees at all levels. ? Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning tools. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Problem-solving skills to address training challenges effectively. ? Patience and the ability to adapt training methods based on learner needs. ? Certification in training and development or related areas is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
