As a Product Trainer at Keka, you'll be responsible for helping both new and existing users understand and get the most out of our HR platform. You'll create learning content, host live webinars, and lead training sessions, all while working closely with various teams. If you're fresh out of college and eager to dive into a dynamic role where you can grow your skills in training, content creation, and live presentations, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities: • Training Delivery: Lead live training sessions, webinars, and sync sessions to ensure users understand Keka's product features and functionality. Help users solve challenges and provide guidance in real-time.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop learning materials and deliver smooth, well-structured webinars.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating learning materials like video scripts, presentations, and documentation to accompany live sessions. Ensure the content is engaging and easy to follow.
• Instructional Design Basics: Learn the basics of instructional design to help identify learning gaps, set objectives, and create effective training content. Work on tailoring content for different learner groups.
• Interactive Learning: Help design interactive elements for both live and recorded training sessions, like Q&A sessions, quizzes, and real-time product demos.
• Custom Learning: Adapt training sessions to suit different audience groups, ensuring each session is relevant and impactful for beginners and advanced users alike.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback after each session to refine and improve future training experiences.
• Data Tracking: Assist in monitoring participation and learning outcomes from live sessions, using this data to inform future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Great communication and presentation skills, with a passion for helping others learn.
• Enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences through both written content and live training.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn how to run live webinars, conduct sync sessions, and present to different audience sizes.
• Basic familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other multimedia content creation platforms.
• An interest in learning how to assess training needs and track progress using basic data analysis.
