Role & responsibilities

Provide training on Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda & Personal Care Products to the Distributors various locations of India.

Conducting product training programs for sales teams, and developing product knowledge and expertise for distributors.

Closely work with the Product development team for developing new products.

Should have good knowledge of Ms office especially PowerPoint Presentation.

Good public speaking skills.

Should have knowledge to conduct business events and meetings.

Need to Travel at least 15 days for product and business activities in different locations of India.

Provide guidance for training and mentorship to the Distributors.

Organizing and allocating time for training of Distributors. Understanding the market in-depth to ensure relevance and effectiveness of the training programs.

Develop and execute effective training programs to achieve set business objectives.

Collect data & information by communicating with distributors working in different sectors and Analysis of needs of training & Organizing training (online & Offline) for the distributors.

• Domain: Ayurveda, Dietary & Nutraceutical Products training back ground
• Experience: 4-9 Yrs.
• Language Skills: English & Hindi is Must
• Education: BSc, M.Sc. or B Pharma, M Pharma, BAMS (Ayurveda), BHMS (Homeopathic) Degree in Biotechnology, BHMS in any specialisation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
