Product Trainer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Trainer to train our employees on home and small appliances. In this role, you will ensure our team has the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell and support our product range.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-house training sessions for employees on home and small appliance products.
• Develop training programs and materials to enhance product knowledge.
• Train staff on product features, benefits, usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on product updates, launches, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Experience in training or product education, preferably in the appliance industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Knowledge of home and small appliances is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: Anywhere in Kerala
Pay : As per industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
