Job Description

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Opkey\'s clients.

• Deliver online training sessions and workshops to assist customers in adopting Opkey products for their ERP test automation projects
• Preferably have functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, Sales Force, MSD, or any other ERP
• Engage with learners to help them comprehend product features, usage, and domain knowledge
• Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on new features and modify content as necessary
• Take charge of training logistics, reports, and assessing effectiveness
• Conduct classroom lectures and follow up to gauge session applicability
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Contribute to the creation of online course content
• Potential for on-site product training opportunities in the future
• Position involves working in the EST time zone
• Remote working flexibility available

Skills and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience delivering technical training sessions for a global audience on ERP, preferably Oracle EBS/Fusion
• Preferably possess functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, Sales Force, MSD, or any other ERP
• Effective communication of complex technical topics in an understandable manner
• Proven experience in developing interactive and engaging training content
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
• Solid understanding of learning theories and the ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques
• Experience in test automation or manual testing is a plus
