Key Responsibilities :
1. Training Delivery : Conduct product training sessions (in-person, virtual, or online). Develop
and maintain training materials (presentations, guides, videos). Ensure training content is up-
to-date and aligned with product releases.
2. Curriculum Development : Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum.
Collaborate with subject matter experts/managers to create training content. Ensure
training programs meet business objectives.
3. Training Needs Assessment : Identify training needs for customers, employees, and partners. Conduct
training needs assessments and analyze results.
4. Evaluation and Feedback : Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Use
feedback to improve training content and delivery.
5. Collaboration : Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
Collaborate with customer support to resolve product-related issues
6. Technical Expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and features. Stay updated
on industry trends and best practices
Requirements :
1. Education : Bachelors/Masters degree in related field.
2. Experience :
o Minimum 2+ years of training experience, ideally within software, technology, or
data analysis sectors with a strong desire to learn and grow in career are also
encouraged to apply.
3. Skills :
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong Training andpresentation abilities.
o Technical expertise in product knowledge.
o Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Desirable - Any certifications.
