Description Product Testing Engineer Phillips-MediSize, a Molex company, is looking for a product testing engineer having independent responsibility in setting up and executing Test procedures for leading all activities related to Design Verification of the medical devices for Global Innovation Development in Bangalore, India. About the Position The Product testing engineer In this role you will be reporting to Lab manager and will be responsible for supporting the execution of routine tests on different devices in accordance with standardized testing methodologies and requirements. Documenting test results and update internal process/procedure documents and instructions. The individual will be responsible in maintaining Lab equipment, work with Design engineers to help build Test fixtures/assemblies and assisting with overall Lab logistics. Responsibilities: . Participating as a team member and supports execution of routine tests for all types of products according to test plans in cooperation with Senior Engineer other resources. . Taking the test results and documents results for review. Updating the required technical/support documents appropriately according to results. Updating internal process/procedure documents and instructions . Supporting the planning and the implementation of test plans by coordinating. . Supporting the maintenance activities related to the equipment and tools used by the laboratory. . Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered. . Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders. . Maintaining lab and testing equipment regularly. . Recommending technical and procedural additions to test processes. . Follow instructions clearly from Design engineers during Test execution. . Plan Lab logistics and maintain the material supply for testing requirements. . Ensure good documentation and Good Manufacturing practices are followed in the documentation Process. . Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective / Preventive action as needed. Testing Competencies: . Identify the root cause of complex problems and solve them by determining the most appropriate fix. . Hold yourself accountable and deliver on commitments. . Professional Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lab testing ISO17025 documentation awareness Testing experience with Internal audits Proficiency in testing procedures and protocols. Analytical thinking and abilities. Report writing and document analysis skills. Ability to work with data and numbers. Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate testing methods. Ability to work unsupervised. Comfortable with industry-specific testing equipment and software. Knowledge of testing equipment maintenance and storage procedures. We offer you.
