This includes the creation, development, design, and improvement of products, software, applications, and services. Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in software development and the ability to mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate is passionate about IT technology, highly skilled in object-oriented programming, and has experience with Angular and building solutions from the ground up based on requirements. You will work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, contributing to the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Create solutions based on provided requirements, ensuring scalability and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow their skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C#.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web development standards.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with team members.
• Experience in working independently as well as within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about technology, with a constant drive to stay updated on industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD).
• Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
