Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Support Executive. The Product Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Technical Support, and Online Support skills
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field
