Description:Title:Productboard Support EngineerLocation: Bangalore(Hybrid)Responsibilities and Deliverables
Provide support for employees migrating from Aha! to Productboard
Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the migration process
Conduct regular office hours to answer questions and provide guidance to users during the migration period
Assist with the migration of data from Aha! to Productboard, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Configure and establish new Productboard environments tailored to specific needs of the ESE "site," ensuring they are optimized for user efficiency
Monitor, support, and establish integrations with Productboard
Support the implementation of configuration changes to meet business use cases
Ensure customizations adhere to established standards and best practices, avoiding conflicts or deviations from the agreed-upon framework
Define and document best practices, policies and standards that ensure a resilient and highly available service
Document interactions, processes, problems, and solutions to ensure that team members have easy access to the information
Analyze metrics and log data to support better decision-making and to improve the system performance and support

Experience
3+ years of experience using Productboard at the Maker level, preferably Maker/Admin
5+ years of experience with Productboard configuration management and standardization practices
Ability to create, manage, and support all admin functions of Productboard
Experience with integrations between Productboard and other tools
Proven experience in establishing Productboard environments and onboarding of new users
Established experience in training end user communities
Hands-on experience with data migrations to Productboard, preferably from Aha! and Asana
Experience in developing standards and best practices in Productboard

Education
Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field
