About ClientOne of the leading construction equipment dealer in India that serves as a one-stop-shop for all the industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, roadways, irrigation, ports etc. Its primarily deals with providing road-laying equipment, DG sets, power solutions for all types of construction and infrastructure projects.Hiring DetailsJob role : Product Support ManagerCompensation & Benefits - 25 LPA to 35 LPAExperience: 15+ years of relevant experience in Heavy Earth Moving Industry of which at least 3 years in a similar position and technical
expertise in product necessary .Reporting to : SBU HeadsReportees : Service Engineers / Technician / Parts SupportJob Responsibilities:Financial
1. To achieve parts and service revenue including SOS and Ws.
2. To achieve profitability
3. Budget and control costs.
Customers
4. To build customer loyalty and achieve CVS score. Increase number of CSAs and renewal of CSAs.
5. Manage the total service and parts operation of the SBU which includes scheduled maintenance, rebuilding, repairing, identifying malfunction and
troubleshooting breakdown.
6. Maintain good relationships with customers counterparts. Process
7. Undertake regular site inspections and monitor all areas of the site to ensure that products are functioning at optimal standards.
8. Develop and implement inspection systems and checklists
9. Ensure the safety of equipment and oversee health and safety of employees.
